Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director for our company SKYHAWK, to lead and oversee all aspects of our BPO operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive operational excellence, ensure client satisfaction, and achieve financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize BPO operations and service delivery.
• Lead and manage a team of BPO professionals, including supervisors, team leads, and agents.
• Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills.
• Establish and maintain high-quality standards for customer service and process adherence.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve BPO efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills Required

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BPO operations management. li>
• Data-driven and analytical with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of BPO best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
